THE FOUNDATION
Before any program starts we run a baseline assessment. It includes movement screen, force plate testing where available, and a structured conversation about what success looks like in 12 weeks, 6 months, and a year.
This isn't bureaucracy-it's the only way to know it the program is working. You can't manage what you don't measure
THE WEEKLY STRUCTURE
Every training week nas a primary tocus, a secondary quality, and a recovery empnasis. we rotate these on a 4-week cycle so nothing gets neglected and nothing burns you out.
